Company

One company. Two lines of work.

KODAITSU engineers the systems institutions run today and builds the intelligent systems they will operate next. Engineering and delivery is the part that is already true; intelligent systems is what it makes possible.

KODAITSU is an applied AI engineering company from Tokyo with delivery teams in Japan and Brazil. We work inside institutions, on the systems they already depend on, and we build the intelligent systems they will operate next on our own platform, KoLo.

Our research division, Kodasōken, develops the platform's foundations and publishes under its own name, because research should read as research.

We are a young company with operating businesses. We do not claim heritage or footprint we have not earned. What we can show is inspectable: architecture, delivery method, evidence records and the way our systems behave when something fails.

How we work

Six commitments.

Engineering first

We earn our place on the systems institutions already run before we propose what they should run next.

Authority stays with people

Every system we build keeps consequential decisions with the people accountable for them.

Evidence over claims

We show a failure and a recovery, not only a success. Certificates state demonstrated scope.

Sovereign by default

Data stays where the institution controls it. External processing is an authorised exception.

Independence is the deliverable

A client that can maintain, evaluate and teach what we built is the outcome we design for.

From Japan, for the world

Japanese operating discipline, delivered in the client's language and inside the client's environment.

Start with a thirty-minute conversation about the problem, not a sales presentation. If there is a workflow worth a bounded pilot, we scope it together and agree acceptance criteria before any work begins.

The future will not belong to the largest model. It will belong to the systems that endure.

Systems built to remember, coordinate, recover and keep working in the real world.
